WyrdWeaver is an AI-powered Game Master for solo fantasy RPG adventures. It uses D&D 5e SRD rules to guide you through immersive stories, handling mechanics like combat, skill checks, and character progression automatically.

No! While WyrdWeaver uses D&D 5e rules under the hood, the AI explains mechanics naturally as they come up. You can learn as you play without reading rulebooks.

Currently, WyrdWeaver is a web application accessible on any device with a browser. The site is mobile-responsive and works great on phones and tablets. A native mobile app is on our roadmap.

WyrdWeaver is designed for solo play - you and an AI Game Master. Multiplayer support is not currently available, but you can share your adventure stories with friends or use generated content in your tabletop group.

Click "New Character" and follow the wizard:

• Choose race and class
• Select a background
• Roll or assign ability scores (STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, CHA)
• Pick equipment and spells (if applicable)

Yes! You can create multiple characters and run different stories with each. Your character list is available from your dashboard. Each story is tied to one character.

Your character earns XP through encounters and quest completion. When you reach enough XP, you'll level up and can:

• Increase hit points
• Gain new class features
• Learn new spells (for casters)
• Improve ability scores (at certain levels)

Currently, you can edit your character's inventory and HP during play. For major changes to race, class, or ability scores, you'll need to create a new character. Character editing improvements are on our roadmap.

Use our free name generator! It creates unique names for every species.

A story is your campaign or adventure. Each story has:

• One player character
• A persistent world with NPCs and locations
• Session history and recaps
• Quests and objectives

You can have multiple active stories with different characters.

WyrdWeaver uses a memory system that tracks:

• NPCs and their relationships with you
• Important locations and what happened there
• Quest progress and story events
• World lore and secrets you've discovered

This information is fed back to the AI in future sessions so the world feels consistent.

When you return to a story after a break, WyrdWeaver generates a "Previously on..." summary. This includes key events, NPCs you met, and your current objectives.

When you attempt something with uncertainty (attacking, persuading, searching), WyrdWeaver rolls dice automatically:

• d20 + modifiers for skill checks, attacks, and saves
• Damage dice based on your weapon or spell
• Advantage/disadvantage when applicable

Community worlds are adventure hooks and settings created by other players. They include detailed descriptions, NPCs, and starting scenarios. Browse them at Community to find inspiration or start playing immediately.

Yes. From your stories dashboard, click the delete button (trash icon) on any story card. This permanently removes the story and all its history. This action cannot be undone.

You can correct the AI or ask it to reconsider. Try phrases like:

• "Actually, I have 16 HP, not 12"
• "I already met this NPC in the tavern last session"
• "My character wouldn't do that - can you try again?"

The AI will adjust and learn from your corrections.

WyrdWeaver offers unlimited free messages on all plans. You can play complete campaigns without paying anything. Premium credits (for faster AI responses) are optional.

Credits unlock premium AI features:

• 1 credit = 1 premium AI message
• Premium AI is up to 3x faster
• Better reliability during peak hours

When credits run out, you continue on free mode. The story never stops.

You can get credits by:

• Subscribing to a monthly plan (120-1800 credits/month)
• Enable 2FA OR sign in with Google (+30 bonus credits for subscribers)

Story creation limits depend on your plan:

• Initiate ($2.99): 5 stories/month
• Journeyman ($4.99): 15 stories/month
• Chronicler ($9.99): 30 stories/month
• Loremaster ($19.99): 50 stories/month

Limits reset monthly. Existing stories don't count toward limits.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. You'll need your current password to make changes.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll need both your password and a code from an authenticator app to log in.

Benefits:

• Protects your account even if your password is compromised
• +30 bonus premium credits

We recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts.

Contact support at wyrdweaver.app/contact to request account deletion. This will permanently remove all your data, including characters, stories, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
